In 2025, Break Bread Consulting partnered with 40 restaurant and hospitality companies, supporting operators across a wide range of concepts, sizes, and challenges. Our work spanned restaurant technology strategy, system integrations, operational efficiency, and guest experience—always with a focus on practical solutions that actually work in the real world.
That demand led to a 136% increase in annual revenue, a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. More than just a number, it reflects the trust our clients place in us and the growing need for thoughtful, independent restaurant technology consulting.

In 2025, Break Bread Consulting remained an 83% women-led team, something we’re proud of as we continue building a company rooted in collaboration, diverse perspectives, and strong leadership.
Experience also matters. This year, our longest-serving team member marked four years with the company—bringing continuity, deep industry knowledge, and consistency to every client engagement.
